About GoSmart Travel

We started by asking an obvious question.

In 2019, our founder Kristan Hamill ran one of the fastest-growing franchises in a large, nationally recognized travel brand. The agents were talented. The clients were happy. But the math didn't make sense.

Too much of what agents earned went to franchise royalties, brand fees, and layers of overhead that didn't touch the client experience. So Kristan asked: what if we stripped all that away and built something better?

GoSmart Travel launched with a simple premise: treat advisors like business partners, give them smarter tools than anyone else in the industry, and let the quality of service speak for itself.

What makes GoSmart different.

Most host agencies are still running on 2010 technology. We're not. GoSmart is building AI-powered tools that make trip planning faster, group bookings simpler, and client communication seamless — so our advisors can focus on what actually matters: building great relationships.
